LINE FOR SURFACE PROTECTION/TREATMENT

On the surface protection line we protect aluminium profiles, sheets and other parts made of aluminium.
 We use two types of surface treatment, both anodisation and electrostatic  powder coating application. Capacities of these plants are 14 thousand tons per year.
In our product range we offer anodisation in natural color,  in bronze color, from bright to completely black, and anodisation in color of gold.
Thickness of the anodized layer is standard from 18 to 22 microne, and by special request we also do the anodized layer of the other thickness.

Electrostatic application of powder takes place in several stages.
First,  we do the pre-treatment of profile, creating the conversion layer, which provides good adhesion of the powder, dust resistance and color stability. After the pre-treatment and the drying, we apply the powder on the profile  with electrostatic powder coating process, after which the profile is going on calcination/baking in the furnace („in the curing oven“ ) for polimerization.
Products are supplied in standard colors by/according to THE FEAL's tone map, but also the delivery in other colors by request of our customer is possible.
