Accepting an Consortium offer for purchasing all shares of TLM d.d.

Croatian goverment has made a desicion No: 5030120-0705 dated 19.04.2007 accepting an Consortium offer for purchasing all shares of TLM d.d.
Consortium consist off; Dalekovod Zagreb; Konstruktor Split; Zagreb Montaza; AluFlex-Pack Zadar and Feal Siroki Brijeg. Consortium is represented by Dalekovod Zagreb.
Consortium has took upon himself an oblligation of investing 107 mil. and keeping all 1400 employes of TLM d.d through period of next three years.
Procces of taking over TLM will start in May.2007.

Feal d.o.o. has joined Consortium with 4 partner firms and submited an offer for privatising extrusion plant TLM Sibenik

Feal d.o.o. has joined Consortium with 4 partner firms and submited an offer for privatising extrusion plant TLM Sibenik, CROATIA. An offer is submited by trading company DALEKOVOD d.d. as a joint offer for 5 firms who are forming Consortium for privatising and managing TLM Sibenik.

Consortium Partners are:

- FEAL d.o.o Siroki Brijeg, Bosnia and Herzegovina
- ZAGREB MONTAZA d.o.o. Zagreb Croatia
- DALEKOVOD d.d Zagreb, Croatia
- KONSTRUKTOR INZINJERING d.d Split, Croatia
- ALUFLEXPACK d.o.o Zadar, Croatia

Forming a Consortium for privitasing TLM creates conditions for these succesuful firms, which will assure them a leading position in manufacturing and finalizing aluminium products through whole Croatia as well as the rest of Europe.
Offer has been submited and Goverment agency of Republic of Croatia will make final desicion in 30 days from the day of the offer.

Feal d.o.o Siroki Brijeg has signed a contract for new anodising plant.

Feal d.o.o Siroki Brijeg has signed a contract for new anodising plant.
Total investment value of this project is 4.000.000 €. New anodising plant has cappacity 5.000 ton of anodised aluminium profiles. By adding new anodising plant Feal d.o.o will increase its cappacity to 7.000 ton. per year.

Tehnological process of waste water system has been upgraded with the newest tehnologies according to all ecological standards.
Equipment will be in production bay the end of Sep.2007.

The Award of Golden Plaque "The Emblem of iroki Brijeg" handed over

On August 11th 2006, FEAL d.o.o. Factory for Aluminum Processing from iroki Brijeg was awarded the Golden Plaque of for extraordinary deeds and contribution in development of recognition of iroki Brijeg Municipality.
On behalf of the Municipality of iroki Brijeg the Award was handed over by Mr Pero Koul, the President of the Council, and it was received by FEAL General Manager, Mr Tonco Barbaric.

The construction works on the factory for aluminum processing have started

Within d.d Mostar Factory the works were started today on the construction of the new factory for aluminum processing, "FEAL" d.o.o. Mostar. The value of this Project is 15 million Euros, and the factory shall employ a hundred workers. The beginning of the works was attended and initiated by General Manager of Aluminij d.o.o. Mostar Mr Mijo Brajković, The President of Presidency of BiH Mr Ivo Miro Jović, Feal d.o.o. Mostar Manager Mr Ante Musa, and the owner of FEAL iroki Brijeg, Mr Jozo Bogdan.

As it was said by Feal Manager Mr Ante Musa, the new factory shall have the newest technology installed for aluminum profiles production and pressure cast products, whereupon Feal Mostar shall be aligned among the most sophisticated factories for aluminum processing in Europe and worldwide. Mr Musa confirmed that the negotiations are in the course with the representatives of and companies in order to make Feal technologically capable of producing various pressed alloys which are used in car industry, ship building, electroindustry and the production of the special purpose profiles.

"In the year when BiH is negotiating with EU about the membership, Aluminij with its Management and the great strategist, Mr Brajković the Manager, is showing one of the ways that lead into Europe", said the President of the Presidency of BiH, Mr Ivo Miro Jović.

Mr Jović addressed all those who are the initiators of the idea, the owners, the financial supporters and work performes, and wished them to endure in their intentions for the welfare of all workers of Mostar and BiH.

As the Director of Aluminij d.d. Mr Mijo Brajković said, the production in the new factory should start in August of this year. "The location is suitable regarding the existing infrastructure, i.e. easy supply of primary aluminum and aluminum alloys, the high quality connection to energetic supply, accesible main transport corridors, the nearness of the City of Mostar and all the required technical and expert personell", said Brajković. The new Factory Feal d.o.o. iroki Brijeg has got 90% of ownership structure, and 10% by Aluminij Mostar.

Feal made the income increase of 35%

Feal Company has accomplished the income of 35% larger in comparison to the last year's. In spite of the fact that the price of aluminum products in the world market decreased up to 30%, Feal succeeded to export remarkably larger quantity than the planned one, and in the lump made the larger profit.

One million Euros were invested into the expansion of the production. From the following year Feal shall be exporting the products into the markets of SiCG, Slovenia, Macedonia, Russia and the countries of Western Europe. Together with Zagreb Companies Montaa and Dalekovod, Feal is interested into purchasing the Press Plant of TLM ibenik in Croatia.

This acquisition would form a larger consortium in this region for the production of aluminum items, and the annual production would reach 25 thousand tons of aluminum constructions. Presently Feal holds 70% of aluminum products market in BiH and 50% of aluminum products market in Croatia. And besides, the new Feal Factory is being built in Mostar.The annual production is 5 thousand tons of aluminum constructions with 180 employees in the Factory, and the merhandise branches of the Company are located in Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Zagreb, Split, Zadar, Osijek and Rijeka.

Business plan exceeded for 35 percent

The Business plan for this year in the Group of "Feal" iroki Brijeg was exceeded for 35%, i.e. the sale planned for this year was accomplished on October 31st, pointed out the owner of the Group, Mr Jozo Bogdan. Through market activities Feal has accomplished a remarkable import substitution, which caused diminishing of market prices for all present components up to 30 percent.

Mr Bogdan says that the market price of aluminum profiles has decreased for 40 percent within the last five years. "The permanent increase of demand for our products has created the necessity for expansion of the production capacities, so in this year we have invested about two million KM into the new equipment and technology. For the following year Feal is planning the sale increase in the new markets of SiCG, Slovenia, Macedonia, Russia and the countries of Western Europe, therefore it is neccessary to expand the production capacities and organize the new sales stocks. Bogdan has also stressed the new remarkable development issue - the entry into TLM ibenik. Namely, Feal, together with Zagreb Montaa d.o.o. and Dalekovod d.o.o. has entered into the privatization process of TLM ibenik Press Plant.

"By forming a joint consortium for buying, the conditions would be prepared that these three respectable companies ensure the leading role in production and finalization of aluminum systems both in the market of BiH and Croatia, as well as in Europe. Once the above mentioned is realized, the production capacities of Feal will be capable of providing 25.000 tons of aluminum constructions", said the owner of "Feal" Group, Mr Jozo Bogdan. Nowdays "Feal" is covering about 70 percent of BiH needs, and about 50 percent of Croatia needs for aluminum constructions.
